Scope: Situated on the rebuilt South Street Seaport on New York's Pier 17, the new ESPN Studios for the NEP Group incorporates the beautiful riverfront views into the design while maximizing space for two full state-of-the-art television studios and adjacent technical, support, and office areas. The project was completed on time in less than six months. The first major foray into New York studio space for ESPN, the South Street Seaport project stands as a testament to KGA's ability to navigate complex project scope under tight timelines.
